as many customers have been for more than 12 years. Wall hangings may
be returned for refund or exchange--check our policy for our conditions
in regards to returns. See below.
Method of Payment:
We have primarily
been using PayPal to process any credit card transactions which assures
our customers a secure site for their purchases but have added Google
Check Out as an alternative. Money Orders or Cashier's Checks may be accepted.
Please email us first for approval and to reserve your item while waiting
for your check to arrive by mail and to clear.
Overseas Purchasing:
Japanesque Accents
retains the right to refuse shipment to certain countries. Areas we do
not ship to include most of Africa, portions of South America and some
Asian countries. Countries we do ship to include Australia, UK, Japan,
North and South America and most countries in Europe. Please email
us before you place your order if you wish to make sure we will ship
to your address
NOTE: Insurance
is not available to most countries we do ship to. Customer takes on responsibility
for item lost in transit or undelivered once the item is in the possession
of the US postal system.
Shipping:
Shipping is presently
through the USPS system. If another shipping method is preferred, UPS
or Fed Ex, etc.--arrangements must be made BEFORE purchasing item so we
can adjust the shipping costs to accommodate your needs. Please let us
know also if your item needs to come 'signature required'--necessary in
some rural areas. Insurance is offered for domestic shipping within the
US territories but may not be available for overseas shipment. We are
not responsible for lost or damaged contents to uninsured shipments.
Returns within
the US:
If an item does
not meet your expectations and you wish to return it or exchange it, customer
assumes all cost of shipping (which also requires delivery confirmation
and full value insurance on return shipping --for buyer’s protection--plus
a 10% restocking fee will be charged to cover bank charges and package
handling. Item(s) for refund must be mailed within 7 days after accepting
delivery, in pristine condition (in original packaging if possible) from
smoke free environment in order to qualify for refund under said conditions.
Please notify us by email when you have shipped the item. We assume the
right to refuse a refund if the item is lost in shipping (without insurance),
damaged in any way or has been exposed to any type cigarette smoke or
odors.
Returns outside
the US:
Same rules applya
as for the US but please make sure to inform us when you ship your item
and item must be returned using the same time delivery method as it was
shipped..
Availability:
PLEASE NOTE:
Japanesque Accents' merchandise is available for sale at a selected number
of venues throughout the year (see "Our Shows"). Items may sell
out during such events and although they may appear available on our website,
the item may be sold out and no longer be available for internet purchase.
Most of these wall hangings are one of a kind and usually cannot be duplicated
with the exact fabrics once the original is sold. In the event that an
item is sold out, all transactions will be refunded fully within 7 days
or we will take 10% off your second choice. |
